Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your product if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your bKash/Nagad/bank account. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrong.

Non-Returnable

Used items, items without original packaging, and certain personal-care/hygiene products are not returnable.
